Moorve's Return and Refund Policy

At Moorve, we aim to enhance your life with our products. We suggest using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you're not satisfied within 60 days, reach out to us at hello@moorve.com.

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After this, we might not be able to modify your order as it enters processing. Cancellations within this period will be refunded within 7 business days.

We believe in our products and encourage you to use them for a minimum of 14 days. If you're still not happy, you can return them within 60 days for a refund, excluding shipping fees.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@moorve.com with a photo of the damage. We'll determine if you're eligible for a replacement at no cost. We do not cover damage from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We're not responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside our control, including those caused by couriers or customs. Contact the courier directly for delivery issues. We're not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If it's incorrect and we're not notified within 24 hours of your order, you won't be eligible for a resend or refund.
